If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your card order, please contact us for a replacement, refund or credit to your account. No hassle, no questions asked. Shipping Charges & General Regulations
- Shipping charges are based on the actual weight or the dimensional weight of the package, whichever is greater. Orders shipping to destinations outside the United States must be pre-paid in United States currency. International customers will be responsible for all customs, duties, taxes, and fees.
- Shipping may be calculated by software; as a customer you authorize proper shipping costs to be included with your payment processing. We do our best to make sure shipping is calculated correctly as each order is received, and if in any occurrence the software does not perform properly, WE WILL contact you prior to processing your order.
- Please be aware that every effort has been made to fully represent the colors you see on our color cards. Please understand that the colors you see are only representative and may vary in shade depending on which browser and/or monitor resolution settings you have on your computer. Your familiarity with color names should help you in determining the correct color shade.
- All prices are subject to change without notice.
- All prices are listed in United States currency.
- Minimum Order is 25 card set, in multiples of 25 cards.
- All orders shipped outside the continental United States may be shipped via Air Parcel Post or Priority Mail depending on the destination. Other methods of shipment outside the United States may be requested if the customer has an alternate relationship with a carrier to which we have access – such as Federal Express or DHL Worldwide.
- All orders are shipped Prepaid by Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express).
- Terms will be considered for volume accounts upon credit approval.
- All shipping, duties and tax charges will be paid by the customer.
- Sales tax will be added to all orders shipped within the State of Pennsylvania.
- Returns or changes will NOT be accepted without your requested written authorization from BHC.
- All returned checks are subject to a $35.00 returned check fee.
